Mother Nature continues to pound Missouri with severr weather. Many tornados dropped down and casued major damage. St. Louis City & County had approximately 5000 structures damaged or destroyed. The Section reported 295 hours of Skywarn activity and 37 hours of emergency operations. Hopefully, the weather will calm down and give the state a break.
June is Field Day month and I hope your groups are planning for a great training exercise. Please report your FD hours as training in the June reports.
Don’t forget that sending the SM or SEC a message from your Field Day site via RF counts as 100 bonus points for the message. Both Cecil and I have Winlink emails, so practice your Winlink skills and send one of us a message. Cecil is AC0HA and I am KB3HF. This message is easy points to add to your FD report. I hope eveyone has a great FD experience.
