Missouri Section January 2019 Activity Report

It’s a new year and changes are coming. We wait to see the final copy of the ARES Strategic plan. Information obtained from the ARRL Board meeting minutes indicate that the requirements are changing from the original proposed plan. ICS 300 & 400 are optional and the costs related to taking the EmComm courses has been eliminated. Stay tuned and I will distribute the final plan when I receive a copy.

ARES Connect continues to experience issues and reporting is to be continued as before along with the use of ARES Connect. Try to use and exercise ARES Connect as much as you can and we will see how it eventually evolves.
