September closed as a relatively quiet month. Lots of activity in the planning stages for the October 2018 Simulated Emergency Test. EC that have not registered for an ARES Connect ID need to do so. New reporting procedures will start in January 2019 pending last minute changes. I ask everyone to have patience with the upcoming changes from Newington until we see the final product.
