Use the form given to you by your DEC to submit your EC Monthly ARES Activity Report to your DEC. If it is a JotForm EC report, when you fill out and submit the form, you will get a copy of your report returned by email and your DEC will get the form in his/her JotForm account. If it is another type of EC reporting form method, fill it out per your DEC’s instructions.
Do Not Download and submit the new Form 2 on the ARRL website. It will bypass your DEC and he/she will not know if you have submitted report.
