February continued as an active month as winter shows us that it was not done yet. Hopefully with spring upon us now, we are in for some better weather. Remember though, spring means severe weather time for us in Missouri. Take the winter items out of your go kits and replace them with season appropriate gear. Be aware of the weather and if you are spotting, do so from safe areas where you have cover or a quick exit route. Weather spotting is a valuable resource for the National Weather Service. Be safe.
